Domus Property is a leading real estate company based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Founded by Michalis Loizou and George Kotsapas, two highly qualified and experienced professionals in the field, the company has established a reputation for providing exceptional real estate valuation and advisory services to clients in Cyprus.
Both partners hold academic backgrounds in real estate and are qualified members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In addition, they are licensed by the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) to provide real estate valuation and advisory services in the country. With decades of collective experience in the local real estate market, including involvement in some of the largest real estate transactions on the island, they are well-equipped to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients.

George Kotsapas
Partner and founder
George is a co-founder and partner at Domus Property. Before co-founding Domus, George was leading CY-REIT, the first and largest listed Real Estate Investment Trust in Cyprus. He was responsible for both the asset & property management, as well as the overall strategic direction of the fund, with more than €180mln AUM. Before that, George worked in the real estate advisory team of PwC Cyprus. He also holds experience in the real estate valuations sector, with a local consultancy firm. George holds a BSc(Hons) in Real Estate Finance, and is a member of RICS, in the pathway of valuations.
